How a polo fitting works with Vijay

Vijay does every Rashmi fitting in the US himself. Allow time in the same appointment as a suit or dress-shirt fitting, or book polos on their own.

He takes your measurements, notes posture and how you move, and talks through collar feel, sleeve, body ease and length. Tell him whether the polos are for the office-casual day, travel, golf weekends or evenings off — that conversation shapes the cut as much as the tape.

Your pattern is drafted in Hong Kong and kept on file. Custom polos typically take 1 week to 10 days; timing is confirmed at the fitting. Shipping to the US is free.

Fabrics for stretch polos

Choose from about 2,000 fabrics overall. For polos we work with stretch cloths suited to warmer cities, travel and year-round casual offices — alongside the cottons we use for dress and untucked shirts on the custom shirts page.
