Rashmi is a bespoke family tailor since 1987, working from our own workroom in Hong Kong and fitting clients one to one across the US. Every client gets an individual pattern, drafted from their own measurements and kept on file — that is why we call our custom suits bespoke, and why your second suit is as easy as a message.

Since 1987 we have dressed more than 45,000 clients. We make suits, sport coats, trousers, shirts, tuxedos and coats for work, weddings, travel and every day.

What a bespoke suit means at Rashmi

We don't adjust a stock block. Vijay takes your measurements, notes your posture and how you stand and move, and a pattern is drafted for you alone in our Hong Kong workroom. That pattern is the difference between a bespoke suit and a suit that is simply altered: the cloth is cut to your shape from the start.

Our suits are half-canvassed, so the chest shapes to you over time and the jacket keeps its line. Your pattern stays on file, so every later order starts from the same fit.

Your fitting with a custom tailor: one to one with Vijay

Vijay does every Rashmi fitting in the US himself. Allow 30–60 minutes. You choose the cloth, talk through the details — lapel, buttons, pockets, vents, trouser shape — and Vijay takes your measurements.

Tell him how you will wear the suit: daily in the office, a few times a year, on the road, or for one important day. A tailored suit should suit your life as well as your shape, and the conversation is part of the fit. Delivery timing depends on the garment and is confirmed for your order at the fitting.

Cloth: about 2,000 fabrics

Choose from about 2,000 fabrics, including cloth from Zegna, Loro Piana and Dormeuil. There are year-round worsteds for business suits, lighter tropical wools and linen blends for warm cities, flannels and tweeds for winter, and Super 200s for those who want the finest handle. Vijay will help you match weight and weave to your climate and how often you'll wear the suit.

Premium fabrics are priced separately; Vijay will confirm the price of any cloth you're considering at the fitting.

Because your pattern is kept on file, you don't need to be measured again to order more. Send a WhatsApp or email, choose a cloth, and we make it in Hong Kong and ship it to you — free to the US. If anything about you or your preferences has changed, tell us and we'll adjust the pattern, or see Vijay at his next visit.
